Why we built this
Somewhere right now, a one-truck business is losing a job because the quote lived in a text thread. The owner is good at the work, genuinely good, and drowning in the admin around it. And when they look for software, they find products built for the 100-truck company, priced for the 100-truck company, sold by salespeople paid like it’s for the 100-truck company.
Only around a third of solo and micro operators in field service use any management software at all. It’s not because they don’t need it. It’s because the industry decided they weren’t worth building for at a price they’d pay.
We disagreed. So we built a real field-service CRM, quotes, scheduling, jobs, invoices, payments, the whole flow, and priced the entry plan at $9 a month.
Our mission, in one sentence: give every one-truck business the same software power as the 100-truck company, at a price that never makes the decision hard.
The economics, out loud
Most software companies would call this section a trade secret. We call it a landing page, because the “how is $9 possible?” question deserves a straight answer.
No sales team. You sign up yourself. Nobody demos you, nobody quotes you, nobody follows up “just checking in!”, and nobody’s commission is hiding in your subscription. Self-serve signup is the single biggest reason the price works.
One codebase, every customer. The solo handyman and the ten-person pest crew run the same software. No custom deployments, no implementation consultants, no five-figure onboarding. You pick your industry at signup and the product shapes itself: 16 trades, same engine.
Published prices, not negotiated ones. A price list is cheap to maintain. A negotiation team isn’t. We put the numbers on the page and spend the savings on the product.
And the guarantees that keep us honest: your data exports in one click, on every plan, always, and cancelling takes two. If we ever get worse, leaving us is easy. We think that’s exactly the right pressure to keep on ourselves.
The people
A small team, on purpose, the same way our customers like their overhead.
